You will need:
1 Onion
2 Chicken Thighs
1 Clove Garlic
2 Litres Chicken Stock
310g can Creamed Corn
100g Vermicelli Noodles
Pepper
Heat saucepan with Cooking Oil. Add onion & garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add sliced chicken and stir for a further 2 minutes.
Place soaked noodles in pan with chicken stock and creamed corn. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Season with pepper and sprinkle with chives to serve.
