PERTH METROPOLITAN AREAS

We offer Free Delivery for most of our Gift Arrangements in the Perth Metro area as indicated, otherwise they are priced at $10 and, unless specified, are made the
following day (Monday - Friday) between 12pm - 6pm. Please note that last orders are taken at 5pm for
next day delivery.
Whilst we cannot guarantee am delivery, we will do our best if it is requested
in the special instructions box on our order form. Please note that all orders must be received the day
prior to the morning delivery. For Weekend, Public Holidays and same day delivery a $30.00 surcharge applies.
For same day delivery, your order must be placed by 6am. VIP couriers may be available in some areas at an extra cost of $40.00 Arrangements can also be picked up from us at: 19 Pendleton Crescent, Butler, at
NO CHARGE. Prior notification must be provided, either via email, phone or when ordering, so as to
ensure your arrangement is ready for pick up. If the recipient is not there to accept delivery and unless you have advised
otherwise, our couriers will leave the arrangement in a safe spot, or if this is not possible, they will
return the arrangement to Bella Creations where it can be collected. We may have to charge another
delivery fee should a second delivery be required.
ELSEWHERE IN AUSTRALIA
We offer FREE DELIVERY for most of our Gift Arrangements as indicated, otherwise they can be sent Australia wide for $15 per 3kg package. Delivery is available for Monday to Friday only. Your order will be despatched within one business day and delivery time will vary depending upon
the location (1 to 3 working days). If there is to be a change in delivery costs, you will be notified
via the contact details provided, prior to shipment. A surcharge of $25.00 applies to all deliveries to the Northern Territory. If the gift recipient is not there at time of delivery, our courier will leave
a card with their contact details to arrange a suitable time for the goods to be delivered during work
hours. Please note that failed repeated attempts to deliver the goods may incur another delivery charge.
AUSTRALIA PARCEL POST
Bella Creations also provides Australia Parcel Post Deliveries. This option
is not available for the delivery of arrangements as it can result in their damage, but is available for
items found in our Bubbie Essentials range and Urban Rituelle products for Babies, Men & Women. The
rates are determined for parcels up to 500gm, up to 1kg and up to 2kg, with the weight of the products
found under their individual descriptions. Please note that Australia Post does not provide for items to
be tracked once they leave our hands and nor do they provide a door to door service. Please find below
