Please note that we will endeavour at all times to supply our arrangements as specified. However, in the
case of any possible disruptions to supplies, we may have to replace an item with one of equal or greater
value.
GUARANTEE
We provide a guarantee to all our customers, therefore if you are not completely satisfied
with our arrangement or the products it contains, we would like to hear from you. Please email us at

and one of our staff will be in contact with you within 24 hours.
In the event of a faulty product, Bella Creations will either provide a replacement
product or a credit voucher to the value of the faulty item. Bella Creations also reserves the right to
inspect the damaged item.
CLOTHING RETURNS POLICY
We take great care in ensuring that our customers are provided
with a top quality product when purchasing from Bella Creations.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you
may return unworn goods only with all tags attached within 30 days for an exchange,
replacement or store credit. Refunds will be accepted only where the goods
supplied are faulty. Please consider your purchases carefully, as we do not
refund, exchange, replace or provide a store credit for changes of mind. Should
the garment be the incorrect size, an exchange or store credit will be provided.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of
shipping.
If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so by completing
a Returns Form and enclosing it with the returned goods. The customer is responsible
for all costs involved when shipping goods back to Bella Creations and we suggest
they are sent via Registered Post to ensure safe delivery to Bella Creations.
Bella Creations does not accept any responsibility for the safe arrival of
returns.
As soon as we receive the goods we will process your request
for an exchange, replacement or store credit. If we are unable to supply the
same item due to it being out of stock or discontinued, one of our Customer
Service Staff will contact you to discuss your options.
Please note that we do not accept returns on any goods that
have been worn or soiled in any way. Items that are returned obviously worn,
damaged or without tags and the Returns Form, will be returned to the customer
who will be charged a shipping and handling fee.
All refunds are subject to a $5.00 Administration Fee which
will be deducted from the original amount.
Please allow between 2-7 business days for store credits to
be processed. Further shipping charges will apply to any exchanges or replacements.
Store credits will be posted out free of shipping charges.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations will incur a $20.00 cancellation fee. We will credit your account for
the total cost less the $20.00 cancellation fee.
